Leap Email Types
Within the Leap, there are two main types of Email you may create: Flows and Broadcasts
Flow Emails
Set an Email Flow to automatically send your Contacts a specific Email, triggered by a specific action or purchase you set! An Email Flow can be a single Email, or series of Emails. Set it and forget it!
- Automate a single email to send to your Contact, which is triggered from the Contact action you indicate, such as signing up for a free Product, or purchasing your Product.
- Automate an entire marketing plan by sequencing multiple emails to trigger from a series of sequential events, over the length of time you choose.
What are some examples of Email Flows?
- A “Welcome to the Community” Email triggered to send after a Lead signs up for your Newsletter list. Include details on when the next Newsletter will be sent, and tell them a little more about your Community!
- A “Thank You” Email triggered to send after a Contact purchases your Digitial Download or Mini Course Product. Thank them for their purchase, and assure them they’ve made the right decision! Tell them a little more about other Products they may be interested in.
- A “Thank You” Email triggered to send after a Contact purchases your Book My Time Product. Include some details about what they can expect from your time together, what to bring in preparation for their meeting, and any other information about your 1-1 session you’d like to include. A next Follow Up Email to include in this sequence could be a Check-In Email Reminding them of their 1-1 appointment with you the day before your meeting date.
Broadcast Emails
An Email Broadcast is typically a one-time Email communication you’d like to send to your Contacts to promote a specific product or service, or, share some new information!
What are some examples of Email Broadcasts?
- A Newsletter is an example of an Email Broadcast. Craft a monthly or quarterly Newsletter to share insider tips and tricks, highlight past events or announce the launch of new Products!
- A Promotional Email announcing the launch of a new Product is a great example of an Email Broadcast. Keep your Contacts engaged with a promotional Coupon!
