What is Leap Analytics?
Leap Analytics help you understand how your Leap Store and Products are trending in terms of traffic, how that traffic is interacting with your Leap Store and Products, and where your traffic is coming from, so you can track your Product’s performance, optimize your marketing, and improve conversions!
With Leap Analytics, you can:
- View your store’s overall performance and traffic numbers
- See which products and services capture the most attention, so you can make adjustments to their packing (ie price, images, descriptions) or positioning in your link-in-bio store
- Identify which platforms or marketing strategies drive the most traffic, so you can adjust your channel and promotional strategies accordingly
- Check in for a quick overview of your total Contacts and Sales for the month
TIP: Leap Analytics provides an overview of data for your Leap Account for the last 30 days, excluding the last 24 hours. Data for Analytics refreshes in your Leap Account every 24 hours.
Viewing your Analytics
To view your Leap Analytics, select Analytics from the left menu in your Leap Account.
Visits and Visitors
A total count of Visits is represented at the top of the page on the left, and corresponds with the Visits over time graph below, representing your total Leap Account Visits over the last 30 day period.
Visits are tracked from anywhere in your Leap Account, including your Leap Link-in-Bio Store, your individual Product Pages, and the Stripe Checkout page for each of your Products.
The total number of Visits may contain duplicate visits from the same Contact. A higher number of Visits when compared to total Visitors means that you’re getting repeat visits from the same Customer.
As in the example below, you can see that there were 36 Visits tracked, but only 12 Visitors that looked at the Leap Account, which means some Visitors Visited the site multiple times:
Contacts
Contacts in the Leap refer to Visitors that convert and become a Contact by signing up for either free or purchased products. They do this by entering their personal details (name and email address) in the Sign up Fields within your Leap Products.
You are able to track further information regarding your Contacts, and the amount of purchases made in your Leap Account, from the Contacts area of your account.
Go to: All About Leap Contacts to find out more about Contacts data
Sales
The Sales in your Leap Account corresponds to the total Revenue generated from all Contacts over the last 30 days.
TIP: Further information about your total Leap Account Sales can be found by signing into your Stripe account, or viewing all Contact Purchases in the Contacts area of your Leap Account.
Product Page Visits
The Product Page Visits area of Leap Analytics account tracks the specific Product Landing Pages Visits you’re receiving. Product page visits are tracked whenever a contact clicks on one of your Products and views the Product landing page.
Use the Product Page Visits data to identify which of your products may need more promotion, and which are popular.
In the below example, we can see that the Book My Time Product “Unlock Your Potential” has garnered the most amount of interest.
Visitor Sources
The Visitor Sources area of Leap Analytics provides insight into where tracked traffic (visitors) to your Leap Account came from before coming to your Leap Store or Product Landing page online, meaning the webpage they were on, before visiting your Leap Account.
Use this to see where your most engaged followers are, or track effectiveness of your promotional campaigns.
