What is the External Link Product for?
An External Link provides a convenient and attractive way to share an important link from outside of The Leap Platform!
Why should I create an External Link Product?
Cross-traffic between your Leap Account and your personal website, or other online platform increases engagement across all of your online accounts and boosts your online presence and credibility with your audience.
What’s a good example of an External Link Product?
Commonly our Leap Creators use this Product to link their personal website, Patreon, external calendar, or any other online hosted link or URL you may wish to use!
Did You Know?
Most social accounts can be linked directly within your Leap Store from the Store area of your Leap Account!
Just head to your Store > Profile > Add icon Link

Creating your External Link Product
Start in your Leap Account by selecting Products from the left menu, then click the
+ Add product button in the top right of the Products Page.
Find the External Link Product within the Product list, then click Add.
Next, enter the link you wish to share to your Leap Store publicly into the URL area:
Moving forward through the Setup Tab area, you are able to adjust the Title, the Product teaser description, and the Thumbnail for your External Link Product within your Leap Store!
You can even customize the call-to-action text within the Button, as it appears to your customers on your Leap Store!
Alter the Thumbnail image of your External Link product by clicking Change image. Upload an image of your choosing from your PC desktop or mobile device.
- Thumbnail images look best in a square format or 5:4 aspect ratio.
- The maximum size for an image upload is 2 MB.
Delete the image at any time to start over by selecting the Trash icon.
Remember to Save your progress from the top right of the page:
