What is the Leap Store?
The Store area of your Leap Account contains the public-facing aspect of your Leap Account. Here you are able to build and design your Leap Store, which displays and markets your Leap Products to your audience!
Because you are able to create a Link-in-bio on your social accounts using your Leap Store Link, your Leap Store creates the bridge between your existing Following on your social media accounts, and the Products you create and sell within The Leap!
Within the Store area of your Leap Account you can quickly and easily create an attractive Store and Landing Page. You may choose to generate a description of your services and market yourself beautifully with The Leap’s AI assistance to generate dazzling content and images quickly and easily. Or, customize your Store appearance yourself, with full customization available in creating an exciting public presentation of your business and product offerings on your Leap Store!
Customizing your Leap Store
To get started in customizing your Leap Store, click Store within the left hand side menu in your Leap Account.
Within Store, you’ll notice there are three main tabs within your Leap Store setup: Products, Profile, and Appearance.
Customizing your Products in your Leap Store in the Products Tab
Within the Products tab you may select the order in which your Live Products are displayed within your Leap Store. (If you’ve already created some Products, these will appear here in a list format. If you haven’t created any Products yet, this section may appear blank.)
Drag and drop your Products in the order you’d like them to appear, by clicking the left corner of each Product Title and moving up or down.
Within the Product tab, you can also organize your Products by creating spaces between your displayed Products by adding a Separator.
Click the +Add separator button, then drag and drop the Separator between the Products as you’d like.
The Separator can remain blank, separating some types of Products from others with a blank gap, or can contain a title to organize types of Products together on your Leap Store, the choice is yours!
Set your Leap Store Handle and Description
Next, moving onto the Profile tab, here you are able to set and adjust your Leap Account handle.
Your handle is the name your Leap Account will function under.
TIP: Your Leap handle cannot have spaces or special characters, similar to an Instagram or other social account handle. If you’d like to create spaces between words in your Leap handle, try an underscore, as in the example below.
Within the Profile area of your Leap store, you’re also able to set a description of your services, who you are, or the types of Products you offer!
Link Your Social Accounts On Your Leap Store
At the bottom of the Profile tab, here you are able to attractively link your other social media accounts, by adding your social media account URLs.
Click the +Add icon link button to link your audience back to any of your existing social media accounts in your Leap Store.
TIP: If you don’t see the type of social media account you’d like to add from the dropdown list, you may wish to add a customized link to your Leap Store by using the External Link Product instead!
Customizing your Leap Store Design
Lastly, within the the Appearance tab, you are able to start playing with the appearance and design of your Leap Store!
Here you can fully choose the personality and branding of your Leap Store, by setting the Theme, Layout, Colour and Font of your Leap Store, to match your unique vibe!
- Theme: Use the arrow buttons to select the Theme in which you’d like your Store to be presented!
- Layout: Choose the Layout that looks best to you by selecting from the list of options. The Layout sets the general spacing, icon, and background image options available, applying another layer of customization to the Theme you have set.
- Colour: Choose a colour overlay to further adjust the appearance of the selected Theme and Layout from the list of options.
- Font: Within the Font selection you are able to choose differing fonts for both the Store Handle and Headings, and Body Text and Buttons areas of your Store. Pick and choose complimentary Fonts, or apply the same preferred Font to both sections!
Save your Product Appearance Leap Store Adjustments
Save the changes you make to your Store as you make adjustments, by clicking the Save button in the top right hand corner.
Preview how your Leap Store appears to your audience online
Preview the changes to your Leap Store and Landing Page in real time as you make adjustments, from within the preview to the right of the screen, and toggle between your Leap Store and your Landing Page to view how each will appear to your contacts.
Did you know? You are also able to preview your Leap Store’s public appearance anytime, from anywhere in your Leap Account, by clicking the View my Store button in the top right corner of the Leap App!
Now that you’ve set up your Store and Landing Page, you’re ready to create your Leap Products to sell on your Leap Store!
