What is Zapier?
Zapier is an automation platform that connects your favorite apps and services, allowing you to automate repetitive tasks by creating workflows called "Zaps." It helps streamline processes by triggering actions in one app based on events in another, saving you time and effort.

Connect your Zapier account to your Leap Account to start saving yourself some time!
TIP: The Zapier Integration is available after a plan upgrade to the Pro or Elite Plan Subscription. For full plan and Pricing information check out our pricing page. Manage your subscription from the Profile > Settings > General > Billing area of your account.
Ways to Use Zapier in The Leap:
- Automate notifications within your Leap Account to track Contacts, Purchases, or Events, set to Slack, your email, or another place you’re tracking notifications
- Set Calendar reminders or Events for purchased Book my Time events in 3rd party calendar applications like Google Calendar
- Zap over newly gained Contact details such as email address and name, to 3rd party Customer Relationship Management platforms you may be using such as Hubspot
Enabling Zapier in your Leap Account
Once you’ve upgraded to a Pro or Elite subscription plan in your Leap Account, connecting your Zapier account is a zap!
To begin, head into the Profile area of your account > Settings > Zapier tab.
Sign up for a Zapier account, or Log Into your existing Zapier account from the top of the Zapier tab.
Once signed into Zapier, you’ll have a few choices in how you wish to set up your zaps.
1. Create a workflow within Zapier itself, which integrates with The Leap:
2. Add your own Zap into The Leap by entering your idea for a zap into the below field:
3. Choose from a suggested zap from the Popular Workflow list below:
