Setting Availability for Book My Time Events
Within the Calendar area of your account, you are able to set your Availability for Book My Time Product Events, and view your past and upcoming booked Events.
Setting your Availability
Start by setting your Availability for Book My Time Product Events to take place in your Calendar, by selecting Calendar > Availability from the left menu.
Calendar Date Settings
- Your calendar is only able to be booked at a maximum of 4 weeks in advance, to ensure your Bookings stay current and relevant! This means if your personal schedule and availability for 1-1 meetings change on a month to month, it’s advised to return and adjust your Availability as needed on a monthly basis.
- Your availability will also never allow bookings within the current 24 hour period, to allow you time to prepare for your bookings ahead of time!
Set Your Timezone
Within the Availability section, you’ll see an option to select the Timezone you wish your Bookings to function within. Choose the timezone that best reflects your location from the dropdown menu.
Choose the days of the week, and time slots for Availability
Moving to the next section of Availability Settings, you’ll see a days of the week selection panel, for you to be able to indicate the days of the week you wish to make yourself available for Book My Time events.
First select the day(s) of the week you wish to make yourself available for, by checking the toggle to the left of the weekday, then adjust the time slot you wish to make available on that day of the week, in hours.
Sync Your Google Calendar
To unlock the ability to sync Book My Time Event sessions automatically to your Google Calendar, upgrade to either the Leap Pro Plan, or the Leap Elite Plan.

Once this feature is unlocked, click Connect Google Calendar to sync. You’ll be routed to a page you may enter the Google Account you wish to connect.
Block your Calendar
As a final step, block off any specific calendar dates that you wish, to ensure you aren’t booked on days that conflict with personal events.
Click + Add blocked date
Then proceed to select the days within the next 4 week period you wish to block, and click Add blocked date when complete.
All blocked dates will appear in a list once entered. You may delete a date block at any time, by clicking the X icon to the left of the blocked date entry.
Viewing Past and Upcoming Book My Time Events
In Events section of the Calendar in your Leap Account, you are able to view a log of all past Book My Time Events, and all upcoming Book My Time Events for quick reference.
Here you may see the details of the Book My Time event, such as the Date, Time slot it is to occur, the Book My Time Product name, and your Contact’s personal details, such as their Name and Email address, to keep on top of your upcoming 1-1 Events!
