TIP: For full banner sized images uploaded into the text description area, choose an image 1200 px wide, to cover the width of the Product Description text field.

Suggested aspect ratio: Square aspect ratio of 1:1
Video File Upload
Accepted file formats: All video file formats accepted
Maximum size: 1GB
Highest Resolution: 4K
Recommend length: 2-3 minutes, to a max of 5 minutes in length
Suggested aspect ratio: 9:16
TIP: Please stay on the page you are uploading a video within until the video upload is complete, and Save the Product you are working on before moving on. This especially applies to large or high resolution video files, or if you are working with slower internet upload speeds.
Digital File Upload
Accepted file formats: All file formats
Maximum size: 500 MB
Note: Only a single file can be uploaded per Digital Download Product
TIP: To upload a Digital File /PDF file which is larger than 500 MB, you may choose to compress / zip the file, and upload the zipped file to your Digital Download Product instead. This will effectively compress the size of your PDF to under 500 MB. Your customers will need to “unzip” or decompress the file to access it upon downloading.
