How do I get going?
You can start selling your time on The Leap in minutes with these easy steps!
Step 1 - Set your availability
Set your available time slots directly within The Leap, ensuring your clients can book sessions only during the hours you specify. This eliminates the need to sync with external calendars or tools.
In order to do that, go to Calendar, on the left-side corner of your dashboard > Availability > edit your available time slots.

Block specific dates when you are unavailable to avoid any scheduling conflicts. This allows you to control your calendar by preventing bookings on holidays, personal time, or other commitments.
In order to do that, go to Calendar, on the left-side corner of your dashboard > Availability > Blocked Dates > add your blocked dates one by one.

The booking notice (the minimum time before a session that clients can book) and the booking horizon (the maximum future date that clients can book) are fixed, meaning these settings cannot be changed. This keeps your scheduling process consistent and predictable.
Step 2 - Publish your Book my time service
Use The Leap’s AI-powered landing page generator to create a high-converting booking page in minutes. The AI helps write compelling copy that makes it easier to sell your time and services.To do that, go to the left-side menu > Products > + Add Product > Book my time > enter the information requested > click on Generate product page.

Choose to use The Leap's built-in booking tool to ensure your event calendar and duration are all synced within your dashboard or link to an external booking tool of your choice by adding the URL in the field box directly. To do that, click on your Book my time product page > booking options > select event duration for The Leap's built-in booking tool or select linking to an external tool.

Set the price for each Book my time session you offer. You can choose to offer your Book my time product as a Lead Magnet, select a fixed price and offer multiple ways for your audience to pay for your services, or allow your audience to pay what they want. Fixed payments are currently available in USD and you must be connected to Stripe in order to start charging for your products.

Store cards are the first thing your audience sees when they view the list of products in your store. To edit this, click on the left-side menu on your dashboard > Products > click on your Book my time product > scroll down to Store card and add a compelling teaser and thumbnail image.

Your audience will see an in-take form where they can add their name, email and additional information needed for the session

By default, your Book my time product is automatically set to Hidden. If you want to start sharing the landing page with your audience, click on the top button where it says 'Hidden' and select 'Live.' Your product will now be visible on your store and checkout will be enabled.

Step 3 - Manage upcoming events
Once someone has signed up to one of your Book my time products, you will receive an email notification letting you know the date, time, email address and brief description of the event. When your audience signs up for your product, they will also receive an email notification asking them to confirm their event.

Once someone has booked a Book my time session with you, please reach out to them via your own email address with meeting location details in the time window promised on your product landing page. You can use Google Meet to provide free and secure video conferencing. You can also offer your business phone number for video calls.
You are able to see all of your upcoming events from your The Leap dashboard! Simply go to Calendar on the left-side menu > Events

How do I connect my calendar?

How do I create a shareable link to send to customers, so they can book without paying?
To do this, simply set your Book my time session up as a lead magnet, allowing your customers to access your booking in exchange for their email address, with no need to pay.
How do I configure the default 'Booking notice' and 'Booking horizon' times?

How do I set a limit on the number of bookings per day?

What should I do when I receive a client booking?
Once you receive a booking, you should send a calendar invite directly to your client using your calendar of choice. Your client's email address will be available in the booking confirmation email you receive, and in the 'Upcoming events' tab in The Leap.
Where will the Book my time sessions be hosted?
The sessions can be hosted wherever you like! Whether that's Zoom, Google Hangouts or Microsoft teams - just be sure to let your client know where it will be and make sure they have access to the link.
What if my clients need to cancel or re-schedule a session?
In this scenario, your clients should reach out to you directly, either via email or a DM on your socials and let you know. If they're rescheduling, once you've agreed a new time and date, you should send out a new calendar invite using your calendar of choice.
