How do I get paid on The Leap?
In order to sell products through The Leap you will need to create and connect an account with Stripe - our preferred payment processor. This can be done by clicking on the bottom-left menu, where it says Settings. From here, you will be able to see Payment Methods:
Do you / will you offer any other payment providers other than Stripe?
We are considering integrating additional payment providers in the future, but for the moment we only offer Stripe.
Can I use The Leap even if I don't connect Stripe?
Absolutely! One of the main use cases for The Leap is the creation of lead magnets for capturing your audience's email addresses. These can be created and promoted on The Leap without the need to connect a payment provider. Your audience will simply submit their email address as "payment" for access to the product, meaning no cash transaction has to be processed.
How can I access and manage payments and transactions?
Once you have connected Stripe, you will have direct access to your own personal Stripe Express dashboard, where you can view all transactions, pending amounts, and total earnings. You can access your Sales and Leads under the Contacts tab on the left-side menu:
How can I arrange a refund to a customer?
If you would like refund a customer for a purchase, simply send an email request to here and we'll facilitate it for you.
Can I offer my products in any other currency?
Sales are currently offered in USD as a default currency, but you can enable purchases from alternate countries and currencies by enabling Flexible payment & selling options from the Settings > General area of your Leap Account after initiating Stripe Setup.
How can my audience receive payment receipts?
You can go into your Stripe settings here and turn on the 'successful payments' option. This option is not enabled by default, please ensure you turn it on if you want your audience to receive payment receipts after they've purchased your digital product.
